MESELE:2029. Zekati ayirandan sonra derhal musteheqqe vermek lazim (ilzami) deyil. amma eger musteheq tapsa ehtiyat-vacib budur ki, zekat vermeyi te`xire salmasin.
MESELE:2030. eger zekati musteheqqe chatdira bilen bir kes onu vermese ve sehlenkarliq neticesinde telef olub aradan getse, evezini vermelidir.
MESELE:2031. Zekati musteheqqe chatdira bilen bir kes, zekati vermese ve onu saxlamaqda sehlenkarliq etmeden telef olub aradan getse, bu halda zekati vermeyi chox te`xire salsa ve ''derhal veribdir'' deyilmese, onun evezini vermelidir. eger bu qeder te`xire salmasa (meselen, 2-3 saat te`xire salsa ve ele hemin vaxt erzinde telef olsa), bu halda musteheq tapa bilmeyibse ona bir shey vacib deyil. amma eger musteheq tapa bilerdise, ehtiyat-vacibe gore onun evezini vermelidir.
